
ARIEL WOLF
Uruguayan filmmaker, screenwriter, editor, and teacher. He graduated from the Escuela de Cine del Uruguay (ECU), where he later created and coordinated the Screenwriting Program and taught for eight years. He has also taught at Bellas Artes and UTU. Between 1998 and 2000, he co-directed and co-edited 8 historias de amor. He has published short story collections and received literary awards. His documentary La mitad de mi familia (2025) screened at the Festival Cinematográfico Internacional del Uruguay, Atlantidoc, and Cineuropa, where it was selected in competition, and won Best International Film at SANFICI.
GEORGE WALKER TORRES
Brazil-based Venezuelan filmmaker and screenwriter trained at FEMIS in Paris and the American Film Institute. His early work received awards at festivals including Biarritz, Amiens, Havana, Hong Kong, Munich, and Cartagena. His screenwriting credits include María y el Nuevo Mundo (2009), The Leap Years (2008), Sin Vuelta (2015), Irmãos Freitas (2019), and Betinho: No Fio da Navalha (2023). His first feature A Mulher que Chora (2024), received Best Screenplay at the Seattle Latino Film Festival and awards at the Sevilla Indie Film Festival (Best Supporting Actress, Bronze Best Film). He also co-wrote River of Desire (2022) and worked in the script department on Marighella (2019).


LUCAS MARTÍ
Lucas Martí is an Argentine musician and filmmaker. He led the indie band A-Tirador Láser, active between the mid-1990s and early 2000s, releasing several albums that became reference points in Argentina’s alternative scene. As a solo artist, he has released dozens of albums, building a prolific and independent career. His work has received nominations at the Premios Gardel and his songs have been consistently listed in Top music lists by Rolling Stone magazine and others. In film he directed the feature El nacimiento del niño cripto (2026), which premiered at BAFICI 2026.
