
BIBIANA PASSADORE
Born in Montevideo, she lived in Paris for 20 years. She holds degrees in Computer Engineering and Film (ECU). She has written and directed shorts and worked at Éclair in Paris on digital post-production, including the César-nominated Nitroscan project. She founded Cine Hub Paris and Kino Málaga, taught screenwriting and directing, and developed award-winning scripts; her first feature film as screenwriter is currently in postproduction.
SILVANA CAMORS
Uruguayan filmmaker graduated from ECU, specialized in Documentary Filmmaking and Editing, with a diploma in Cultural Management; currently pursuing an MA in Visual Arts and Culture (Udelar, 2025–2026). She teaches experimental cinema, film (Super 8/16mm), and installations, mentors projects, and her work has screened internationally (EICTV, Oberhausen, Doc Buenos Aires, DOBRA). Founder and director of Mientras tanto CINE festival , she is also a curator and programmer, and received the 2023 Justino Zavala Muniz (FEFCA) grant.
